Valuations

We are on the panel of most of the major lenders and can therefore undertake mortgage valuations at the same time as a building survey or as a stand alone service.

We can also provide property valuations for probate, divorce settlement, or tax purposes.

Valuations are carried out in accordance with the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards Manual, 6th edition. The Surveyor will carry out a brief visual inspection of the property in order to assess its overall condition, size and characteristics and undertake all necessary research to arrive at his valuation.
