If you are intending to alter, extend or refurbish your property or undertake a new build, we can assist you from conception to completion.
An initial meeting will be held with you to discuss your proposals in detail before undertaking a measured survey of the building or site. Once this has been completed we will prepare existing plans and elevations, followed by sketch proposals for discussion and development. When a scheme has been agreed and plans drawn up, we will obtain all necessary consents from the local authority including Planning, Listed Building (if necessary) and Building Control approvals.
As Project Managers, we will draw up a specification of works based on detailed construction drawings, which is then issued to experienced and reliable contactors to obtain fixed price competitive quotations. A tender analysis will be prepared to enable you to choose the right contractor for your scheme.
Our services extend to overseeing the works as they progress by holding regular site meetings, issuing minutes and interim valuations and tackling unforeseen problems. At the end of the contract we will agree a final account figure with the contractor and ensure that the works are completed to your satisfaction.
