Naturally we do not only carry out building surveys of residential properties but also of commercial properties of all types: offices, warehouses, restaurants, etc.

Dilapidations

We are also very experienced in the preparation, service and negotiation of dilapidations claims on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants. In addition, once the extent of works has been agreed we can draw up the specification of works and supervise its implementation, much as for residential properties.

Design and Project Management

If you are planning building works of any type, be it new-build, an extension, alterations or refurbishment, we can help from conception to completion of the works. Our services include design, obtaining consents, preparing all necessary tender documents, appointing a contractor and overseeing the works. The project management role includes monitoring costs, certifying payments and agreeing the Final Account.

Schedule of Condition

We are frequently asked to inspect a property in order to provide a Schedule of Condition that will be appended to a new lease for protection of both landlord and tenant.
